In 2015 the data foundation for this table is changes. In connection to that the previous published data back to 2008 were revised. This table contains not revised data. In addition to that the dating og the table is changes. While this table is dated the year after the time of reference (end of November) the new table is dated after the time of reference. Data for 2009-2013 in this table is therefore replaces by data for 2008-2012 in the table AFSTA3.
