The quality of the two calculations is therefore not comparable. Comparable staff-to-child ratios cannot be calculated for private childcare facilities, as it is not possible to include children who attend private childcare facilities in a municipality other than the municipality of residence. Personnel data for the census years 2021 and 2022 have been revised in connection with the publication of data for the census year 2023. The revision is due to a change in the method for calculating temporary workers.
