The estimated number of sales was previous calculated as the raised number of the registered sales for the most recent quarters. Due to the introduction of the electronic land registrry on 8. September 2009, the delay pattern of the previous year is unknown so far. Therefore the seasonally adjusted number of sales can not be calculated on the basis of the estimated number of sales.
