Production and use of milk by unit - StatBank Denmark

Milk use is calculated based on the proportion of milk fat in the products. Annual producer consumption for feed and food is currently 75 million kg and 3.024 million kg.For 2012-19 it was 75 and 4.32 million kg, for 2008-12 75 and 5 million kg, and before 2008 125 and 10 million kg.
